To ensure you are receiving Notifications via email follow these steps:
- Log in to your GatherUp account and check Notification Settings to ensure you are subscribed to the alerts you wish to receive.
- If you are using a “Firewall”, “Microsoft Exchange Server” or if you are accessing the internet via a company network you may need to whitelist emails from GatherUp:
Email Sender: feedback.reviewability.com
Sender IP Address: 220.127.116.11
- If you are using the latest version of Gmail, check the “Updates” tab/folder in case alerts are not showing in your regular Inbox.
- If you are using a general email client, check the “Spam/Junk” folder and mark emails for GatherUp as “Not Spam” to assure future delivery to your inbox.
