Feedback Locator (previously Location Finder)


Feedback Locator (previously known as Location Finder) allows your customers to locate a branch, office, or store using location information or a location ID number in order to leave feedback.

All businesses in your account will automatically be ingested and will be searchable using your Feedback Locator URL.

If you are a reseller or digital agency wishing to offer the Feedback Locator to only selected businesses in your account you will need to create a new stand-alone account that contains just those businesses. Contact support@gatherup.com for assistance.

To access and customize the Feedback Locator, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your GatherUp account.
  2. In a new window, go to the following page:


    This is the Feedback Locator page for your account and includes the URL and available settings.

For white-label accounts, replace the bolded areas in the following:

https://(insert domain name).reviewability.com/feedback-locator/manage?businessId=(insert Business ID)&clientId=(insert Client ID)

The Feedback Locator page is accessed through a link and includes the URL of and settings to adjust the appearance of the Feedback Locator

3. Customize the appearance of your URL including:

  1. Header Logo
  2. Background Image
  3. Right Image
  4. Domain
  5. Title
  6. Enter business id text
  7. Look up 
  8. Select city and state
  9. Content
  10. Footer text block #1
  11. Footer text block #2
  12. Footer text block #3
  13. Background color
  14. Line color
Editing the Feedback Locator using available settings will affect the corresponding numbered area
If a customer clicks Need Help? Look up your location by city and state they are served this screen of the Feedback Locator

4. Copy/paste Your Feedback Locator URL into a new window to preview.

5. Be sure to note your unique Feedback Locator URL to be used on your webpage or elsewhere.
