What is not translated:
- The backend system settings, customer, and business dashboard.
- Support is only available in English.
If your business operates in two languages we strongly recommend to separate your customer lists and to create two locations of your business in GatherUp (one for each language). This allows you to target each customer in their native language.
Follow these steps to activate a language besides English for your GatherUp account:
- Email support@GatherUp.com and request Languages to be activated. Please allow 24 hours for the activation to be completed.
- Upon receiving confirmation that Languages has been activated for your account, you can find the selection drop-down in Settings > Business Details for any location in your account.
- Existing business locations can be converted by selecting your preferred language and clicking Update Account.
