Reply to Google Reviews

Once you have completed Google My Business Authorization you can reply to, edit, or delete replies to your Google reviews in Customer Activity.

To reply to a Google review from within GatherUp, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your GatherUp account.
  2. If you have multiple locations, select the location you would like to reply to Google Reviews for from the Business Dashboard.
  3. In Customer Activity, click Manage for a review and select Reply.

4. Enter your reply under Review Response and click Submit.

5. Replies to Google reviews will automatically display in the Review Widget.

5. To view, edit, or delete a reply, click the Replied tag or click Manage > Edit.


You can also reply to Google reviews from the Reviews Report and the Success Report.
